I have been in the real estate business for over 30 years, and I have lived in the Cedar Valley for longer. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, I planted roots in Cedar Falls and raised three children here. It's been such a pleasure to watch the community grow and develop.

There are so many wonderful things to do–I hardly know where to begin! I enjoy grabbing Thai food at Ginger Thai, or a java pick-me-up at Cup of Joe. In the warmer weather, I like to jump on the trails at Hartman Reserve or do some shopping downtown on our historic Main Street. I love visiting our local library, which has a fabulous children’s area, and you can hardly go a mile without finding an outdoor playground. My favorite is Lookout Park! That’s just the tip of the iceberg, though. When we meet and talk about your interests, I’m sure I’ll have many more recommendations!

It means a few things. For one, I’ve taken additional training courses beyond what is required of a real estate agent, and have passed a broker licensing exam. It also means that I oversee the other real estate agents on my team.

Beyond that, I have also been a broker/owner of RE/MAX Home Group for 25 years and am now a broker associate of RE/MAX Concepts.

Ah, my least favorite question! I really don’t like to talk about myself. I prefer to keep the focus on my clients. They are my top priority. However, one award that I am particularly proud of is the RE/MAX Circle of Legends Award, awarded to only 0.49% of active global RE/MAX REALTORS® for outstanding sales completion and length of service. I am fortunate to have found something I love to do early in my working life, and it is a lovely acknowledgement of all that I’ve accomplished since then.
